A woman who painted her van to look like the Mystery Machine from Scooby-Doo somehow managed to evade Redding Police and get away. I'm still scratching my head at this one. Maybe the Redding Police Department doesn't know how to handle high speed chases. Or maybe she was a gggggggghost! They are still searching for the woman. In the meantime, the Mystery Machine has been impounded.
